How it works

Hook Tight Knot Tool: Step-by-Step Instruction Guide

Phase 1: Securing the Hook & Initial Line Placement

Step 1: Select your fishing hook

Step 2: Insert the hook shank firmly into the dedicated central hook holder slot

Step 3: Form a small, clean loop near the end of your fishing line

Step 4: Slide this loop underneath the spring-loaded line holder on the left side of the device to anchor it

Phase 2: Threading the Knotting Mechanism

Step 5: Pull the running line straight across from the left side, passing it through the center channel, and thread it into the clip on the far right

Step 6: Loop the line over the orange line slider tab located on the right edge of the wheel

Step 7: Bring the line back toward the left side, ensuring it rests securely inside the hook holder assembly

Step 8: Guide the remaining line up and over the back of the tool's upper wheel mechanism

Phase 3: Wrapping and Tying the Knot

Step 9: Push the ribbed orange button on the left side downward into the "ON" position to engage the motorized wheel. Let it spin to wrap the line perfectly around the hook shank

Step 10: Slide the orange line slider tab manually along the track from the right side over to the left side

Step 11: Pull firmly on the tag end of the line extending from the back of the tool to gather and pre-tighten the wraps

Phase 4: Releasing and Finalizing

Step 12: Release the initial line anchor by unclipping the line holder on the left

Step 13: Press the release mechanism to disengage the hook holder

Step 14: Then carefully pull the finished line and hook out of the tool

Step 15: Give the line a final firm tug to secure the cleanest, strongest, and most reliable fishing knot possible
