Overview
At Hook Tight, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it constitutes an agreement between you and Hook Tight at the time of purchase.
Standard Returns (Full-Price Items)
If you purchased a full-priced item and are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing signs of use, missing components, or damaged packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund at Hook Tight's discretion.
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Discounted & Sale Items — Final Sale
All items purchased at a discounted price — including items bought with a promo code, during a sale event, as part of a bundle, or at any reduced price — are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. By completing a discounted purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final. This applies without exception, regardless of the reason for the return request.
The only exception to this rule is damage or defect, as outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items (All Orders Including Discounted)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a resolution regardless of whether your order was discounted or full price. To submit a damage claim, you must contact Hook Tight within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo or video evidence of the damage, including the outer packaging.
Upon review, Hook Tight will offer a replacement, full or partial refund, or store credit at our discretion. We reserve the right to request the return of the damaged item before issuing a resolution. Claims submitted without adequate documentation may be declined.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Hook Tight is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before shipment. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.
