Hook Tight is committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During high-demand periods such as sales or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Hook Tight currently ships within the United States. Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Hook Tight is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery address, and selected shipping method. Hook Tight may offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum spend threshold, which will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us, as delays in tracking updates are typically on the carrier's end.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Hook Tight is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any secure locations around your property before contacting us. In the event of a confirmed lost shipment — where the carrier acknowledges the package was lost in transit — Hook Tight will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Hook Tight cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on submitting a damage claim. Do not discard the packaging, as photographic evidence of both the item and the outer packaging will be required.
